Haunted Lisbon? I grew up in Landaff NH
and my father(Norman Ruggles) was the
janitor of the Lisbon town hall for many
years. On weekends I always went with him
to help sweep, polish the wood or set up
chairs for an event. When I was about 12 I
remember my father telling my granmother
he sometimes felt like someone was
watching him when he was alone at the
town hall. Her respnse was that when you
feel that someone is watching over you and
when you look nobody is there it is probably
your guardian angel.I went with my father to
the town hall on weekends and from that
time on was sure it was haunted. Your
article was not only interesting but brought
back some pleasant childhood memories.
